I remember your original post and thought it was great! I think my husband and I are going to Oahu in the fall. Neither of us have been there since we where kids so we are excited, I will be taking notes from your post. We plan to shop hard and are going to pack a few empty suitcases. Glad to know that I can see the Matson menus at the museum, will add that to the growing list of places to visit.
