I spent the night making Orgeat and Passion Fruit Syrup while tasting and comparing some new rums. I never even had the time to make a Mai Tai, though I certainly will tonight. Next time you're in the area send me a PM... I haven't been to the Bali Hai in 10 years, though I did hit Kowloon about a year ago. Back when I lived in the area they were both regular stops. Along with the Pearl East in Lynn and the Lanai Island in Wakefield... Hey, I like Mai Tais... :)
