I could be interested if they're not scheduled too often; quarterly or so might be ok? And as for the difference in peoples skill levels etc, might I suggest that there be some sort of 'benchmark' value to try to come close to or perhaps a loose suggestion of how long to spend on a piece..? Just thoughts Tama :) |
