Why don't we just do this first round and see how it goes? Then if we are all agreed and satisfied with the outcome, we can tout the results and invite more to join for a second round. Rapa Nui is cool with me and even though I will be EXTREMELY BUSY in March, I will get busy and have something to swap. I personally agree with the "make it first and then draw names" camp. No one need reveal their items until they are told who gets it. Think of the suspense and excitement this could build on TC as the community waits to see the results and learns what you can get in a swap pool. I think we start small and go for it!
