Wow...this post is a sad example of humanity being unable to listen to each other, the good ole Babylonian curse.
That's why I left Germany, because after all the experience and understanding of what is right and wrong in the world, very little could be effected with discussion, everybody just stayed in their corner and tried to be smarter.
I think George W. had a good nose for the cycles of consensus reality, and realized that for too long there had been a lack of causes. Human beings crave a purpose, and liberal purposes are just too complex and wishy washy to satisfy, when as an alternative one can kick some serious ass.
