i think this is pretty cool, maybe some of you would too.

i found my way to the time magazine website yesterday, and they have made digitally available ALL issues back to 1923. so you can basically 'google' any historic/cultural item from primary sources.

n.b. as you know, arthur godfrey was the showman who appeared with hilo hattie in the hawaiian room in the hotel lexington in nyc.

i thought it was cool that there was a mention of 'tiki' as far back as 1932.
