The bigger the better I say!

Another question posed to whomever may know (or even to those who can guess):

In traditional Hei Tiki, besides the toungue, what do those other three round shapes represent? Are they teeth, the inside of the mouth, or toothless gums (keeping in mind it has been said hei tiki symbolise a foetus)?

Also, does the Hei Tiki remind any one else of Sheela-na-Gig? She does me. Especially with that gaping female part!
