Although Cincy has some great activities and such, they sadly boast no tiki bar.
The closest thing to it, The Windjammer, is in the process of being torn down. It has been closed for years, but I had hopes that it could be renovated.

I think one bar (Back Porch Salon, maybe?) that is advertising a tiki bar in the back, but I doubt it is what WE would refer to as a tiki bar.
