That really stinks.I don't know how that guy can show his face again.
On the bright side,a whole street of Wexler houses just sold out recently over on Sunnyview in Palm Springs.Not quite in the millions(high $300,000's) but it was nice to see them fixed up and sold out!Also,down the street from those is a brand new development.All modern designs(not quite as good as the '60's versions but cool anyway),all sold out too.Also,if you ever venture out in the residential neighborhoods,you'll notice a lot of Alexander homes being redone to their former glory(as long as they haven't added on to them,2-story does not look good on those).It's a good thing Albert Frey donated his former house to the museum or that might have been gone too.Gotta hang on to our modern heritage!
