Hank is on the money...I kinda liked the old eyes too. I think the overall mood of the tiki has swung from dark to light with the changes. There are already two spiral shells in the pic (one being the light source), and the original deep eyes with the inset scallops balanced nicely with the other elements. Regardless of my nitpicking, I'm sure this one is gonna be beautiful. You know how much I like the sketch! |
