Aloha Folks!

I was finally able to peel myself away from the computer and get some glaze on the spooky skulls! I tried a bunch of different applications - and before you ask which one is my favorite let me just say that they are like my clay children and I love them all :) I shot photos from several angles so you can get a better idea of their form.

First up - "Bleached Bones" - these guys have been sitting on a sunny beach grinning at the waves since the day they were marooned. Lovely satin finish.

Next we have "Black Eyed Billy" (man - I am already grabbing straws with the tile names...). A variation on the Bleached satin white glaze - this time with blackened eyes and nose.

After that we have "Mossy Bones" - These fellows would be carved into the walls of a lost temple - guarding a treasure perhaps?

And last but not least, we have the "Old Bones" - A bit of the classic old skull look. These fellows would be at home in either a crypt or crawling out of an old grave. Matte finish - not for use in wet areas (ie: Showers)

Whew! That's it for Spooky Skull batch #1.

Mahalo for peeking!
