I personally think gambling takes food out of children's mouth's and is a hell of a way to raise taxes but Oregon already has casinos all over the state and Keno in every Safeway. I figure if you put a casino in or near Portland, you get a stadium, the Expos franchise and maybe a few less traffic fatalities on Hwy 18 to Spirit Mountain. You would, of course, have to change the Expos to the Tikis.
