how is a mai tai suppose to taste like? This time, i used lime juice and rock candy syrup. But the drink mostly tasted sour because of the lime and the curacao. I have had mai tai at restaurants and bars but those used amaretto, triplesec, and grenadine mostly. So they are not really mai tai but it tasted sweeter than the one i made |
