Thought I would tell you about my latest tiki related score with you, as I figured some of you would be very interested in it. It’s a genuine grass skirt my grandmother brought back from Papua New Guinea when she was stationed there in WWII. She was in the RAAF, and got it from one of the local Papua New Guineans. I haven’t got any pics, but should be getting some soon. Needless to say, I am very happy about getting a pre-poly pop tiki piece, especially one with family significance. Hell, it was even wrapped up in a paper from '71 :D


The coolest tiki art is not bought on ebay, it comes personally from my fellow artists on TC
