A friend found this at a flea market at Starke, Florida. The sticker at the bottom says
"WCTC Hand made in Palau Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands." That apparently puts it into
a time span of the late 1940s to mid 1980s" when the "trust territory" was abolished. What
do you think

He's a whisker over 10 inches tall
Not sure if this is common....I like it though.
