This turn of events has made me nervous. There has probably been at least one occasion in all my life (ok within the past 2 weeks) that I could have been just on the wrong side of .08 and the Judge not liked my excuse of "no problem - I learned to drive when I was 18 at .08 when it was legal." If I had my license suspended, and was driving home the long way, the long way, I certainly would not to spend 43 days in the pokey. |
