Q: L.A.-area Tiki Hunt - General Tiki

The last I heard (about 2 months ago) the land, leased from the Segerstrom people, was due to be leveled and cleared for construction of a Kohl's department store. However, there's a fight in the city council over that issue. I haven't heard if it's been resolved. There are a few places where tiki lived in Costa Mesa - some apartment complex dwellings - but even though the A-frame architecture still exists (even some tiki names), the art itself is gone.
