Tiki Finds - Collecting Tiki

Set up shop at a Hot Rod/Rockabilly/Kustom Kulture show yesterday. Made a little money & bought some things: a nice 50's cooler, some dice from the Stardust,(RIP), & this guy. He's about 9 3/4" tall and he's dated & signed on the bottom with Lono Maui 1999 Tevita. I ain't no dadgum NASA employee but I'm guessing location, date & artist. Anyone have any thoughts or info? This is the first Tiki I've found in the wild & I think he was worth the $25.00 I paid for him. I would appreciate any feedback.
