Mention of the great Pun Chankik reminds me of something I read recently. An article about the upcoming Matrix sequels mentions that the martial arts master they consulted for the fight scenes is named Yuwan Wu-Ping (I think that's the spelling). Sounds like a good guy for the job, but he might have a short fuse.
