Ok, we're a little happy right now... Matt made a "Tonga Zombie" on Monday night (now in fact)... it's delish...

1 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz unsweetened pineapple juice
1 oz passion fruit syrup
1 oz white puerto rican rum
1/2 oz dark jamaican rum
1/2 oz bacardi 151 rum

garnish w/ marascino cherry speared to lime & lemon wheels (shake w/crushed ice and add crushed ice to fill)

you can totally taste the pineapple which is wierd being there is such a tiny amount of it... It's from the Tonga room at the Fairmont Hotel in SF... from Beachbums Berry's Intoxica!

We served w/ umbrella and straw in a chi chi mug for added tikiness... and we are celebrating our arrival of some cd's we received today (Martin Denney, etc...) very nice...

Time to make a drink, it is afterall, Mun...Day...Nite...
