Kaimuki, Jonesey, virani, Bullet, BenZ, Jen - thanks! Bullet, too true - it is too hard to do simple versions of these guys. I just can't cut corners no matter how hard I try. The quikis might have started and finished with #1!

Well, I had a great night out with Tama at his opening. I didn't end up taking my camera because I was on foot, but he may have some pics to share when he gets back. We went on to visit another carver/friend/inspiration of ours who specialises in jade, and saw some jaw-dropping pieces in progress when we stopped by. Lots of ogling of stone, discussions about art and carving, and low-level substance abuse. Good times!

Meanwhile, here's the completed skulleater. I've had a lot of interest in this guy so maybe there will be a MK III or even IV not far away!
