Gotta agree with TeaKey, the way you strip these down to the bare bones is really cool. I dig these babies: The one on the right is incredible. They kinda remind me of the mentats in "Dune". I really hope this one's gonna be in the painting.... Another classic kinnified design (stilt step)- looks like he's riding a rocket-powered pogo stick. Those little dancing/arms linked guys are found all through Polynesia and are one of my favourite motifs. I've been trying to come up with a concept for them for ages. I don't know about the Austral variants, but in the Cook Islands they are called Tikitiki Tangata. I've got a couple of Mangaian versions on my arm!
