Here's my Okolehao collection. Some of these were bought at liquor stores. That real Okolehao was some mighty fine stuff. I laid off the drink mixes, though :) :

Up until the late 90s, it was fruitful to engage in what I would call Liquor Store Archeology. Me, Jeff Berry and Ted Haigh would seek out old looking mom & pop stores and sift through their back shelf bottles, and come up with some cool themed bottles and outdated drink mixes such as the ones below:

Here's a close up of the Heublein glass designs, sort of Papua New Guinea, I think they were made up to the 80s:
