Somehow we did not meet at Oasis and that is a shame. The hotel is the one at Valentine and Victoria, right? Not the best or the worst area.....assholes can strike anywhere. I do work indirectly with the police department several times a week and will try to keep my ears and eyes open. Even in our little podunk part of Ventura County our local "police blotter" that lists the weekly crimes are mostly shoplifting and car break-ins. We have room here for out of town TC folk that we have met.....so maybe next time....That last shot looks like Pismo beach.
