I do think that to avoid legal and philosophical/commercial issues, a private location would be better. Too bad there is not yet a Northeast Chapter of FOM; that would be the ideal location! I also back the printing of certificates, which, if I pull some strings, could be accredited by Okonkuluku University, which could accrue towards the degree of Cocktailology. Fortunately, the Village Elders, which also serve as Trustees of the University, are easily plied with rum.
