Seriously, I have so many pairs I give them away (did you win the pair in my raffle, Unkle John?).
And I never pay more than $5 for them (I feel compelled to buy them if they are $5 or under, rather than leave them alone and unloved.)

And I'm not one of those lucky-ass Californians who see 25+ garage sales per week where everything tiki is $1 or less!

I'd be happy to give you a pair if/when we meet!
But mailing.....I never quite get around to! Sorry.

Bottom line: they are not quite as common as dirt/Leilanis. But they ain't rare or worth $26.
And ordinarily I would join the chorus of buy-it-if-it's-worth-it-to-you's, but I think you're too quickly going to see a pair for the lower price and feel ripped off and possibly feel like "screw this!".
Of course, this is coming from a girl who paid $20 for a small glass float! I know better now, but it didn't discourage me from the hunt.

OK, the BOTTOM bottom line: you'll pay too much for some stuff and make FABulous scores on others (a $20 fishing float here but a perfect $7.99 Tretchikoff there). It evens out in the long run!!
