I was in Billings Montana last weekend and happend to drive by this place one night located at 200 Regal Street. There are about two dozen multi-colored black-light palm trees outside the place. They look really cool at night. I didn't notice any other tikiesque paraphernalia but it really caught my eye.

Has anyone ever been in there?
