Two questions: Some friend of mine is going to NYC, so I thought maybe she can bring me some Lemon Hart 151 Demerara, because the one I can find here is the Jamaican one. Any NY fellow knows any store where it can be found? And the second one. I guess the answer is "absolutely NOT!", but anyway I have to ask: Does the Lemon Hart Jamaican Overproof stuff can act as a substitute for the Demerara? The fact is that a lot of recipes call for Demerara 151, but since in Europe one cannot find it, man, that's tough. It's a hard thing trying to make that drinks in Europe. Thanks, BS
