Folks, thank you so much for all the kudos, I am so glad the book pleases. It took a long time to be done, because it was a tall order for me to make it live up to the BOT, but it seems I succeeded. Pheew! I am OK with the different, more sparse lay out, the mass and quality of images supersedes all. But there still are some pages where a colored background would have made the ephemera pop out much better...
