Actually, there's at least one super high end place on the way. A recent edition of "Cigar Aficionado" reported that the guy who built Bellagio and Mirage (name esapes me) is building Le Reve as a resort, with golf course attached. Imagine the green fees on that? Who can afford a resort in Vegas? It's supposed to have great works of art, and a mysterious mountain in front that somehow is going to draw people in. |
