I pre-ordered mine from Amazon as well. It was supposed to come sometime this past week, but I got an email from Amazon saying that shipping was delayed and that it won't be here until Sept. 26-28. So I haven't gotten mine yet either. Hopefully it won't get delayed again. I'm really anxious to see the new book in all its glory.
