The first is a cover of a local business guide featuring the opening of the Tur Mai Kai dated 1969. This is kinda fun it appears Mr. Lum the owner of the TMK was also president of the local chapter of the Michigan Restaurant Association. Mr. Lum (far left) seen during a demonstration of the new "Tenderometer"!!! Wow, science in action!
