I smoke like a chimney, I really need to quit too, but as you say is not easy, I hope you are doing well, and didn't kick any innocents yet! You really are going to come back stronger! I didn't realize how much (after this terrible time of course, but is going to be proportional to the suffering right now the stronger later, I guess)that's really great! best wishes Tama!
