Nice one, TikiRacer!

It was a good story, tho' unfortunately, I could only get the sound on my version of Quicktime.

The idea of combining Tiki with Lovecraft is an excellent one, which I'm sure has a lot of potential artistic mileage!
One of the things I love that Tiki happily includes is marine biology. Something that even most fans of Lovecraft are not aware of is that H.P.L. got a lot of inspiration from the German biologist Ernst Haeckel (1834-1919).His Monist philosophy and Lamarckian evolutionary theory often seem to be an influence in Lovecraft's stories. He is also famous for an extraordinary collection of drawings of marine and other organisms called 'Kunstformen der Natur' (Artforms in Nature)
(1904), some of which would very obviously inspire Lovecraft's imagination. Here is a page about it, that includes a downloadable pdf file of 'Kunstformen'. Click to see some of the original 'Demons of the Depths'!
