Description:
A very typical Tiki styled medium sized apartment complex in excellent condition. It's not spectacular in design, but it has, along with its pool, the gracious and relaxed feel that Tiki apartments were alway trying to achieve. Originally, one of its selling points was that there were phone jacks by the pool that would let you take your phone down with you for yammering poolside. Ah, for the day before cell phones. The Outrigger Apartment are the only Tiki styled structure (that I know of) between Fresno and Bakersfield CA.
