That's why it's just Emergency Orgeat. It's thin. It has preservatives. It is not great, just head and shoulders over most store-bought orgeats in flavor. It's thinness doesn't matter much once it's mixed into drinks. It's basically 10-minute orgeat you can whip up when you don't have any good stuff around. But right now, I have the problem of the change in the product's formula. Can't get rid of the microparticles without going through the same trouble you have to go through in making almond milk from scratch. That defeats the purpose.
