I've been noticing people scapping/ high bidding / sniping up good items like Witcos, tiki mugs and such and I'm sure other items. Their names come up hn or pn (not specific names just examples) I looked around ebay to find an answer but nothing came up. Is it a hiding thing or secret id or ??? - Thanks for any help feel free to link me to answer.
