On a tangent note, there are quite a few places locally (to me) that I just don't frequent because I don't like them, be it service or drinks or atmosphere, but I would never tell a visiting TCer, "Oh, that place stinks, you should just go to X because they do it right." That seems pompous and arrogant, like somehow just becuase I don't like means the place must not have any redeeming qualities. I'd rather let people experience a place for themselves.
