Tiki Finds - Collecting Tiki

Hula girl decanter marked "Exclusive Drloll (or Driall its a bit blurred) MADE IN ITALY) Green Parrot mug with a big H and PENANG on both sides, marked Penang on the bottom as well. I've checked and penang is a city in Malaysia but is also the name of a cocktail, anybody recognize where this mug came from?
