This picture shows my ceiling and I think it is what you are talking about doing. The bamboo is not notched on mine. If you want a closer picture of detail let me know and I will take one. This was here when I bought the house so I am not sure how it was done. I can tell there is brown paper like stuff under it all. It was all put up by the original owners of my '62 ranch house. |
