The drink was the Ch Chi. Swanky had it right.

Thank you Swanky, and thanks Brad for confirming it. It's a shame Hale Tiki had to close. But I guess all good things come to an end (eventually). Anyway hope you are doing well in your current endeavors. I never met you but I think I worked with one of your friends. During the first two trips I took down there.

I'm sure my wife will be thrilled to know that she has her favorite drink back. I also picked up the "Beachbum Berry's Triple Play (Taboo Table, Grog Log, and Intoxica)" Set on Amazon for her. Of course you can't just drink the recipes in those books in just any old glass so I found her these as well:

I know they aren't authentic collectables but the prices didn't seem to bad. The Volcano Bowl is for her other favorite drink; I think it was the Scorpion Bowl. I'm pretty sure the recipe for that is in the Grog Log but does any one know the recipe that Hale Tiki used? Now the Macadamia liquor is a little bit harder to find due to the interstate shipping laws, but we have family in Virginia that will receive it for us. So I ordered the Kahana Royale and Trader Vic's Macadamia from Internetwines. All in all she should have a pretty Tiki X-Mas (of course this is not everything, just the Tiki related stuff).

Pappythesailor, I had done some Google searching and found this for the Macadamia Nut Chi Chi recipe:

Macadamia nut chi chi
8 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
2 ounces coconut cream (Coco Lopez*)
4 ounces vodka
2 ½ ounces macadamia nut liqueur
Add all ingredients to a blender;
Fill with ice. Blend until slushy.
Serves two to four.

There are also a few other recipes for the Macadamia liquor on this thread:
