Maybe you'd dig some Latin jazz,too? Uptempo, lots of percussion. I recommend: Anything by Cal Tjader, particularly his "exotica" album "Several Shades of Jade"."Tambu" by Tito Puente - amazing album, wild tiki cover. "Rites of Diablo" by Johnny Richards - possibly even wilder! "Afro-Cuban Influence" by Shorty Rogers "Voodoo Suite" and "Exotic Suite of the Americas" by Perez Prado I'm sure there are others, but these are the first to spring to my mind.
