Ah, thank you, Kenike, for the enlightenment. "Rip off" was a slang noun AND verb for theft back in La Verandah's college days, ahem. And Scottes, merci beaucoup for the copyrights link. Although the info does rather beg the question, "Who actually holds the copyrights for these standards?" Some of 'em are quite venerable. |
