I guess at any stage it could be considered "finished" - but there were a few little areas here and there that kept needing more attention. The trick with pieces like this is to take it further than it needs to go, then strip it back again, so the form is refined but the surfaces aren't. Confused? Good! Hmm, now what to do next?
