Hanford, that book sounds like something Eden Ahbez would like.

Also on this thread, tikifish, I enjoyed the Tiki Tiki in Yokohama too, but they wouldn't sell me a mug. The Tiki Tiki in Tokyo is almost identical. Also saw the Trader Vics in Tokyo at the New Otani hotel, and it was really nice, especially in the bar area. Cheaper food and actually better decor in the bar area (vs. the dining area) I think. I hope to post some pics sometime! Sadly, no other Tokyo tiki suggestions though.
