This is more of an after dinner drink!! skip the desert and go right to the cocktail hour. I don't like sweet myself,but for desert this hits the spot. The cream makes it a little more frothy and light. But once again I like it with melon liquor instead of cream de mint. Orange county they call in scooby-snack (shot) p.s. The TV drives me crazy at work too but most of the time we have in play a fish tank video that ad's to the layed back vibe!! Now I gotta get some ZZZZZZZZZ's because I am beat like a bongo.DIG?
