I don't understand the "LA sucks" viewpoint. I've noticed the people who say that the most up here are from So Cal - nothing personal Melintur :), while most native Bay Area folks I know like LA but wouldn't necessarily move there.
What's wrong with Omaha?: affordable housing, low crime, friendly people... wait, no tiki bars?! Omaha does suck!
