Great score ScarabaTiki! I have not seen that piece, let alone any other piece from the Kahala Hilton (now the Mandarin Oriental). Interestingly enough, I have a couple pieces from the Hilton Hawaiian Village which have a similar glaze and inscription on the bottom. Perhaps Terra-Ceramics made mugs and bowls for both Hilton locations. |
