Tiki Tiki Shinjuku, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan (bar) - Locating Tiki

This is from the back of the flyer at the restaurant. To get there, make your way to the Shinjuku station via any of the trains. I used the JR Yamanote line. Head to the East Exit of the train station, and then follow the map. It's on the fourth floor of the building, and you'll see the TikiTiki logo in the window (there's a pic of it in my post above).
