Opinion on replacing Pernod with Absynth - Tiki Drinks and Food

I'm not sure on the authenticity aspects of Absinthe/Pernod/Herbsaint, but I concur with Melintur in the use of Herbsaint, as it contains more complexity, bitterness, and depth than Pernod. and just for kicks... drop the 'r' and rearrange the letters in Herbsaint, identify the building on the front of the bottle, and the little flowers on the label...
